January 2005 Meeting

Dues-Starting Sept, 2005 we will have a $10 yearly membership fee.
The optional $4 fee to join WOMOTC (the state organization) will continue.
For the summer picnic, we may charge a nominal fee to cover costs.


Sistina will be treasurer, she is checking into setting up a bank acct and obtaining “non-profit” status.


Roxanne will be the facilitator – THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!

Committees-

• Playgroups – Roxanne will continue to coordinate the playgroups at KAC and Hospitality Manor.
  
• Sistina will coordinate a monthly playgroup at a public place. She is checking at the library or the museum.
  
• Shantel will coordinate playgroups in member’s homes.
  
• Stacy is checking into a monthly Sat playgroup, possibly at the Kenosha County Building (where we have our monthly meetings).
  
• Easter – Carina will organize the Easter party. It will be Sun. April 10 at 11:00 am at Sistina’s home.
  
• Christmas – Shantel
  
• Summer picnic – possible date – the weekend before Labor Day: Sat Aug 27 or Sun Aug 28. Shantel
  
• Garage Sale – Sistina and Shantel are planning a garage sale for Thurs – Sat April 21, 22, 23. Anyone interested in selling contact Sistina. Discussed charging each seller $5 – (possibly to be put toward summer picnic or another club activity). If interested in buying twins clothing, equipment, etc. mark these days!
  
• Advertising – We need a volunteer __________________ (Carina will if no one else can).
  
• Newsletter – we’d like to have a newsletter section on our web page. Items may include:

Also, having b-days & anniversaries recognized via email was discussed. Once a month, an email listing special occasions for the month could be sent to all members. Volunteer ___________________


PS. Kelly A. has two racecar toddler beds (no mattresses) she would like to give away. If interested, give her a call.

WOMOTC (state org) – There is a meeting this Sat in Fond du Lac. Roxanne will be attending.
