August update & book info
Hi Everybody,
Our August meeting was a social at the Boathouse in
Reminder: If you spend time on planning activities for our group or promoting our group, let me know. For the funding we've received, I need to keep track of that. Even if you spend 15 minutes talking to a parent of multiples, let me know. This will be important for future funding. Shantel, I put down an hour for you for making & sending invites for the picnic to those who aren't on email. Lori C., could you let me know how much time you spend developing the "big sister questionnaire"? Karen, I don't have anything recorded for your time putting together the care packages - let me know. Any other activities I've missed, let me know. Thanks!
I will not be at the picnic on the 29th. After the picnic, I need to fill out a form with the question: "Please write a brief description on how the program was received, including any stories that will sustain our efforts in providing support to families with young children." So, after the picnic please email me an answer, so I can complete the necessary paperwork. Also, Roxanne, I know you have Sign-in sheets, could you please have everyone sign in at the picnic. Thanks, again.
One more question, for Liz this time. Instead of a monthly email, could I do a monthly update on our website, in the newsletter section? Is it possible & if so, what do you think?
